A new ETC card, besides the visual identification by means of digital photography of a card holder on the front, also includes the payment function thanks to Banca Intesa and Visa Electron Chip technology. The possibilities it provides are the following:

• Free opening and maintaining of current accounts
• Payment of exam application
• Payment for goods and services in the country and abroad
• Cash withdrawal at ATM and Bank counters
• Online payments
• Card may be toped-up anyone, with no fee charged, which is an ideal way for parents to pay-in pocket money for students who do not live in the same town

ETC card is connected to debit account (available balance on the card is determined by the level of assets on the account) , and the entire sum of money shall be put at you disposal, with no extra costs for maintaining the account or interest.

ETC brings along all facilities related to Easy Travel Card mark:

• Discount of 10-75% when buying tickets in busses, with 40 largest passenger transport companies
• Discount up to 50% when traveling by rail with three regional railway transport companies (Serbia, Montenegro and Republic of Srpska)
• Discount of 25-40% for Montenegro Airlines air fares
• Discount in many theaters and other cultural amenities, swimming pools and sport facilities, photocopy shops, bookstores, libraries, computer schools and schools for foreign languages, driving schools, travel agencies ....
• With ETC card you can become a part of ETCNET student network of MTS network tariff system, granting each student four free postpaid numbers, with the minimum prepaid amount of RSD 30 and RSD 0,99 for the price of a phone call per minute

Issuance request for the ETC cards can be submitted in two ways:

1. by on-line application on the web page http://www.etc.org.rs/, fast and s, fast and simple, entering personal data and sending the photo (document type) in the electronic format

2. at ETC premises, with:

• ID card copy (pages one and two)
• Copy of registered semester for the current school year or faculty sealed certificate proving the student status
• Passport photo, digital format preferred

After the SMS notification, you visit the determined Banca Intesa branch, sign documents, take over and activate the card and the PIN code.
During the card takeover, regardless of the method of application, it is necessary to provide ID card and the Index to verify data validity.
