Criteria for realization

For a merchant to realize e-commerce is necessary that:

• legal entity or legal entity founder is registered for performing of certain types of activities minimum two years:
• legal entity or legal entity founder performs payment turnover in dinars through Banca Intesa in previous six months;
• Banca Intesa hast unpaid and due claims from legal entity or legal entity founder;
• Legal entity or legal entity founder was not late with payments more than 30 days;
• Legal person or legal person founder last 12 months was not blocked 5 days incessantly and in last 6 months 5 days totally;
• Legal person or legal person founder has realized income in previous year of dealing of minimum 500.000 EUR
• Legal entity or legal entity founder has realized net profit in previous year of dealing
• Legal entity or legal entity founder has signed contracts about accepting of paying cards on POS terminals through Banca Intesa if legal entity or legal entity founder deals with paying cards.
