We offer you mutual financing of project construction

Your part of the job is to:

- Found a new enterprise (SPC – Special Purpose Company) which will be the subject of the credit,
- To provide minimal participation sum of 30% of the value of investment (through location, project documentation etc.)
- Provide legal decision for the construction approval,
- Choose adequate constructors (with minimum of 2 years of dealing in building construction industry and possibility to provide guarantee for good performance).

Our part of the job is to:

- finance up to 70% of the value of the project with a minimal sum of 500.000 euros
- follow the constructing of the object
- help in apartment sales
