History
- We are one of the first private banks in Serbia. From 1991 to the present day over 1.61 million clients have placed their trust in us.
- From 2005 on, we have been doing business as part of Banca Intesa Group, presently active under the name Intesa Sanpaolo.
- A year later, we established our leasing company, Intesa Leasing, in an effort to round off our offer of financial services.
- In 2007, we became the leading bank in Serbia on all of the most significant parameters of successful business operation.
- In the following year, we acquired Panonska banka, reinforcing our team and reaching a number of 3,000 employees. Our leadership position was additionally secured and Novi Sad became our second most important seat. We are looking forward to the future and we face all challenges with optimism.
