  • E-banking (in-house), our software solution enables you to have simple and quick insight into the state and daily changes of your accounts, to obtain banking statements (from the previous day or from the archives) as well as quick and safe foreign or domestic currency payments and more through:
    - working via OfficeBanking application (off-line application)
    - working via WEB application (on-line application)
  • HAL E- bank (outsource) is an application suitable for banking needs of small firms as well as big business systems. The users can make payments quickly, simply and efficiently, without leaving the firm, just by using the installed software. Halcom application can be used independently or together with another software solution, as well as Halcom service from another bank.
    It is based on working via HAL E-bank application (off-line application).

To obtain your statements via e-mail

This service enables you to get the statements in due time or automatically after their generation with our bank, for each desired e-mail address. You can get the statements in PDF, HTML, XML, XLS and TXT form. The service can be activated during opening of the account, mentioning e-mail address on the card of the deposited signatures, or for users who already have open account, by fulfilling application form which is in download section.

To have insight into your account via Interactive Voice Response (VOICE)

This service enables you to learn by means of phone in the desired moment the situation on your account.
- Instruction or use:
- Call no. 011/3108-877
- You will greeted by the Interactive Voice Response who will ask you to enter the selection number (e.g. for account no. 160-0000000012345-33 simply entered 12345) and VOICE PIN, which you received in the PIN envelope. If you don’t have tone dialing, only pulse, it is necessary to press the * key having reached the connection.
Having entered the selection number it is necessary to press the # key, as well as after entering VOICE PIN- a as a confirmation for the end of entering the selection.

The service can be activated by opening account or, for users who already have an account open, by filling the application form available in the download section.
