Banca Intesa has provided the EFSE credit line, intended for financing the purchase of agricultural land. The need for the product with the purpose to finance the purchase of agricultural land has been recognized in order to expand the capacity of plant production, because these products are missing from the market in this segment.

The loan was designed as a credit line, approved by the available amount, based on the loan framework from which the client withdraws facilities by arranging to buy a certain parcel of agricultural land, and submits a certified purchase contract to a Bank for the possible tranche withdrawal in the same day. The availability period is six months, while upon the end of this period, new frames shall be approved.
