Interactive Voice Response

Interactive Voice Response enables you to check simply and quickly the balance on your accounts and payments cards any time, the amount of reserved funds, description of each Bank product, exchange rate list, and other relevant information.

All you need is to call the Call center of Banca Intesa from the telephone with a tone dialing option and follow instructions of the voice response.

Telephone banking

Telephone banking means execution of transactions through a telephone call with the Bank’s Call center agent, with the previous identification on the interactive voice response by entering your account and personal identity number (PIN). If you report your telephone number to the Bank, PIN would be enough to use this service.

This way you will be able to pay monthly bills at your choice, buy/sell FX , settle liabilities against credit cards, transfer funds onto other accounts or just have insight in the balance on your accounts and payment cards.
