This channel enables you to order statements or get information on the balance of your accounts. You need to send a message to the following E-mail address mailserver@bancaintesabeograd.com, and to write an account number and a code in the Subject field of the message.

An account number is a 13-digit number located between the code of the Bank (160) and the control number (a two-digit number located at the end of your account number, from your identification card or Maestro card).
Code: 1 (for statement on e-mail) and 4 (for balance on e-mail).

The service may be requested exclusively from the e-mail address you have stated in the application form for Banca Intesa On-line.
