In order to satisfy the needs of our clients completely, we developed a system for electronic banking that enables users to have access to our services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Clients can make and send payment orders at any time during the day, but they have to be aware of the working hours of the payment system, regulated by the National Bank of Serbia. The working hours are mandatory for all banks participating in the payment system, as well as for clients who want their payment orders executed the same day.

External orders	Sent till 15:00 will be realized the same day	Sent till 13:00 will be realized at monday	Payment system closed
Internal orders	Sent till 17:30 will be realized the same day	Sent till 14:00 will be realized the same day	Payment system closed

If the validity date of the payment order is in the future, it can be sent at any time during the day.
